Our client, a non-profit organization was in urgent need of office space, that needed to meet several restrictions. Recognizing that some of their requirements would make it very dififcult for them to find a location with their limited budget, Custom offered some out-of-the-box solutions. The client ended up purchasing a building that included a leaseback, allowing them to make their small budget work for their large demands. The process worked so well, we assisted them with acquiring a location for their rent-bank.
