As Managing Broker of Custom Realty Ltd. and her almost 20 years of experience and specializations in property management, property maintenance and full commercial real estate, Jolene has the scope to support dynamic clients and assist them in planning for future growth opportunities.

Known for getting the job done, Jolene is responsive and actively takes the time to learn what her clients want and need. For Jolene, the process is more than a transaction, she genuinely cares about her clients. She values the relationships she has with her clients and remains available to them throughout their buying/selling/leasing journey, including once they’re settled in to their new space.

Andrea is a Leasing and Sales Associate at Custom Realty. She brings with her a wealth of experience in client care, with over 17 years as a Service Director in the airline industry.

Andrea works alongside your Leasing and Sales broker; she will help guide you through the leasing and sales process. In her role at Custom Realty, she continues to provide our clients with exceptional care.

With formal education background in Peace and Conflict Studies. Andrea is focused on ongoing education; she continually jumps at any opportunity to learn and grow. When not working, Andrea enjoys time with her family, traveling the world and reading!

Andrea is fluent in Spanish, English with basic knowledge in French.

Maria Rodriguez

With over fifteen years of diverse experience, Naleen has honed his skills both locally and internationally, serving in a shared financial service unit of a global Sri Lankan conglomerate and an international accounting firm.

His expertise spans the financial spectrum, from the meticulous preparation and reporting of financial statements to budgeting, financial planning, auditing, taxation, and adept management of cash flow, accounts payable, and receivables. Naleen’s proficiency in these areas has been honed through years of hands-on experience, making him a seasoned finance professional.

Meet Karen, Unlicensed Property Management Assistant, bringing a wealth of experience and local insight to our team. Raised on the North Shore, Karen joined Custom Realty first in June 2010 and has since become an integral part of our family-oriented work environment.

Beyond her professional commitments, Karen’s adventurous spirit shines through her love for hiking local mountains and exploring the world. Embracing the Lower Mainland lifestyle, she enjoys bike rides and quality time at the ice rink with her loved ones.

In her role as an Unlicensed Property Management Assistant, Karen plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations. With a keen eye for detail and a dedication to excellence, she tirelessly supports our agents, administrative staff, and maintenance division, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and that our clients receive nothing short of exceptional service.

Pierros Xanthakos

Originally from Greece, Pierros has a lengthy background in plumbing and janitorial services. Pierros has been with Custom Realty for nearly 20 years, and as maintenance supervisor, he coordinates and completes all our janitorial and maintenance repairs. There is no job too small or complex for Pierros, as he genuinely enjoys fixing things.
